This website provides information on me, the composer Michael Summers. Here you will find biographical information, a list of works, and, for some pieces, scores and parts in PDF format that can be downloaded free, subject to agreement with a user licence. There are also some demo recordings.
Some scores are now for sale in hard copy on Etsy. Scores currently available include Pianobox and Modus operandi for piano, Return Again for string quartet
and Out of the Loop for alto flute. More scores and parts will be made available in the coming weeks. All scores are printed on high quality paper, and most are spiral bound with plastic and card covers. Delivery anywhere in the world.

May 2012 sees the publication of Distant Harbour for brass band. This was written in 2005-06, but has been revised this year following a workshop with the Fairey Band.
Withington Suite and Rigoletto Variations were also played at the workshop, and are currently also being revised. It is hoped that they will be published here later this year.
